Created instructional material, field guides, and training programs to address parts failures and repair solutions for Hyundai vehicles; managed staffs of up to 6.Propelled cost savings for company by more than 430% each year over 5 years and significantly reduced repair costs by investigating claims submitted to warranty department and creating training and written documentation to improve repair procedures and address and correct parts failures with appropriate counter-measures.Realized a $2M annual savings by reconfiguring engine replacement repair processes and shaved hundreds of hours off repair time annually.Under a very aggressive one week deadline, catalogued all components used for servicing larger auto parts. Tracked part numbers, created procedures for repair, and developed a schedule for performing repairs.Wrote instructional guide based on findings of a parts and labor cost analysis that offered alternative to whole sale parts replacements and increased sale of remanufactured units and components. At Toyota in 2001 for technical training and internship program sponsored by United Auto Group focusing on engine and vehicle maintenance and repairs. I left for one year (Canton Racing Products in CT.) and returned to Toyota in 2005 whaen a position for me was available.)Documented steps and created and edited instructional bulletins explaining installation of special performance parts for Scion and Toyota Vehicles.Redesigned vehicle parts and significantly improved designer’s original specifications. Documented all procedures to ensure improved procedures could be easily replicated.Completed parts evaluations and instructional guide under an exceptionally tight deadline despite challenging complications caused by Toyota Racing Development shop reorganization and a shortage of critical test pieces.

Created and developed new products from the ground up (AutoCAD 14 and 2000- tat was a long time ago.) Researched, designed, and tested parts for racing and high performance applications and managed quality control. Provided instruction and managed customer service inquiries. Optimized time spent on revenue generating development and design work by authoring detailed and accurate instructions for all products, reducing time spent on customer service inquiries.
