David has been involved in the valuation of real estate since 1989, originally commencing his career at Stockdale & Leggo Commercial, where he specialised in compensation and residential englobo valuations. Up until 1998 David was the Shire Valuer for Nillumbik Council, responsible for overseeing the 1994 revaluation and the automation of manual Council Records. From 1998 to 2001, he was Senior Valuer at FPDSavills, joining Knight Frank in 2001 as Director before being appointed Joint Managing Director in 2007.His valuations experience is broad based and covering all sectors of the property market including CBD office, retail, residential projects, private hospitals, retirement villages, hostels, nursing homes, hotels and major industrial. David has also been involved in providing consultancy advice in litigation matters, Goods and Services Tax and rating.
