About David Upper
I worked in restaurants as a server and then as a manager and general manager for 20 years. Kids and Covid moved me out of hospitality, but I have a passion for serving people that can't be extinguished.I actively listen to my customers and take time to fully understand their issues before an attempts at a solution. I ask questions to determine what their needs are, as well as their intentions with the solution. From there, using the people and tools my organization provides, I present a solution and offer my help and expertise in acting on it. If there are multiple possibilities, I am careful to outline my customer's choices and present the pros and cons of each. My customers are Queens and Kings, but they couldn't do it without their trusted advisor: Me.
