As Erasmus+ programme officer I was responsible for overseeing higher education mobility projects on a national level and keeping day-to-day contact with stakeholders, such as students, institutional coordinators, national and European Commission experts.Key responsibilities:• Supporting the professional and administrative processes related to Erasmus+ higher education projects• Monitoring projects from technical and financial aspects• Contributing to the preparation of technical reports and statistics• Recording and updating key project data in accounting systems• Engaging with and presenting to stakeholdersKey achievements:• Streamlining grant application processes to ensure clear and easy grant application for students• Developing new processes to reduce administrative tasks for colleagues and customersI take pride in my involvement in the coordination of the Erasmus+ fewer opportunities support programme for disadvantaged students, where I managed applications, collected and analysed data, and shared the results in multiple stakeholder groups. I was a member of the European Commission's KA131 Experts Working Group where I supported the EC's strategic planning and advised on the successful management of future projects.
