Over the last five years, I have managed the Fulfillment Department for the Life & Health Division of Aon Affinity, generating over 300,000 pieces of mail/emails annually. I have progressively moved the division from a paper to paperless system. Currently, we are growing to a web-based fulfillment system. In 2011, we successfully moved our entire fulfillment vendor operation. I integrated new processes to make it more streamlined and user-friendly. My implementations are opening opportunities to include Social Media, Twitter, Facebook, and the use of QR Codes to link to websites and encourage more customer engagement. We have set up online repositories to provide a more customer-driven experience. I developed my position as a communication hub for other supporting functions, Customer Service, IT, and Underwriting, who have been more able to work with each other to facilitate better business practices. Senior Business Unit relies on my project management to support communications with clients and to come up with innovative ways to increase communications while reducing costs. Before being the Fulfillment Manager, I was in the Client Contact Department, dealing with escalated issues and claims. I worked with our carriers to automate the processes to expedite reporting of claims. I assisted our marketing team with website testing and implementation. Once rollout was complete, I worked to diagnose issues that occurred and reported to my team with solutions.

Creation of Social Media Platforms. Integration of Facebook Twitter and Google+ to become complete social media and communication streams. Instructed on how Airports can better use social media to become more engaged with their clients.

I ran a small retail Hobby shop. I was responsible for inventory and ordering. I also worked with distributors. I was responsible for training all new employees. During my time there I assisted in a major remodeling, as well as the final closing of the store when the owner retired
