• Created an invoice billing system to automate and bring consistency to several business units. All data sources were loaded into an Oracle database for processing and archiving. This brought efficiencies and helped greatly with future process changes.• Identified data problems on monthly invoices. These were addressed in many different ways and led to increased revenue by reducing the volume of invoice refusals.• Worked with the client and delivery teams to reduce invoice refusals. Business rules were defined for each invoice and they helped bring down the monthly refusals to approximately two dozen out of 124,000 accounts. This resulted in a revenue increase of 30k each month.• Developed reports to help support teams monitor and manage service level agreement statistics. This helped flush out any issues so they could be acted upon before any embarrassment or penalties were incurred.
