I report to our Chief Customer Operations Officer and my areas of responsibility include workforce management, sales performance management platforms, partnerships, operational readiness & improvement, and management reporting & insights

I reported to our VP Data & Analytics and my responsibilities included shaping our company's data strategy and driving the execution. This included organising a quarterly topic selection process to identify which specific data & analytics projects would have the most meaningful impact on our company, across all areas of our business. We executed 6 topics in parallel every quarter with an internal team of ~30 data & analytics experts.

Lead a team of data scientists, market researchers, and data analysts focused on delivering insights & recommendations to colleagues across our business.

Member of BCG's Technology Advantage practice- Supported client CTO throughout (major) potential M&A, holistically driving the technology topic and aligning across the organization- Established Global CISO organization & defined global information security roadmap (~$100 million approved) for Japanese automotive player, working closely with leadership in Asia, Europe, USA, South America, and India (on-site in Japan for ~5 months)- Defined project governance set-up for a Belgian private health insurance company- Defined bancassurance strategy and improvement plan for the Belgian non-life business of a Dutch insurance company

- Focused on improving clients' capabilities in business architecture, incl. process-, information- & decision modeling - both by working on-site with client teams, and by training employees- Created and rolled out a 60-day, on-site training program for aspiring data scientists and successfully trained first 12 graduates

- Worked on cyber strategy projects mainly for CIOs / CISOs of financial institutions, incl. a major European clearing house and two banks

- Grew from 'new organization' with 1 city/~100 members to well-established in 4 cities/~1000 members | Capitant is a student organization that aims to introduce students to financial markets
