Heading the Capital Transactions & Advisory department at Hub Property Group, I have overseen, assisted and directly managed over $250m in capital transactions and project acquisitions across Australia in the residential, commercial, mixed use and land development fields. The Capital Transactions and Advisory team strive on bringing industry expertise to all aspects of the development process including site identification, capital structuring and risk identification. A diverse and extensive range of past projects has allowed us to refine our processes and deliver strategic solutions for identifying and pursuing opportunities in the market as well as assisting in the delivery of our current portfolio.Further to the Transactions Department the Delivery Team at Hub oversee more than $1 billion in projects across Australia.
