- As the first Marketing employee, established and Led Corporate marketing divisions in the US, Shanghai, and Taiwan, while directly reporting to CEO.-Led both Sales and Marketing for many years, driving initial key design wins. - Worked with CEO to write business plan and secure multiple rounds of financing.- Defined Product Roadmap and spearheaded penetration into tier-1 customers, enabling revenue growth from $0.5M to $45M+, and headcount growth from 15 people to ~270.- Catalyzed and participated in dicussions with CEO, VCs, and SiRF founder to enable a successful acquistion by SiRF technologies.

The UC Berkeley wireless research center was a phenomenal place to learn from the legends: Bob Brodersen and Jan Rabaey, where i was a teaching assistent under both professors. I started from helping order parts out of digikey catalogs for the Infopad project to writing simple scripts and tools to improve productivity. After my Co-op internship at Cisco, I developed a design process flow that allowed efficient tiling and timing validation for a set of parameterizable Multiplier Accumulator blocks for future OFDM processors.

RTL Verification Engineer for a Content Addressable Memory chip in the Gigabit Switch Group. Developed Automated Tools and methodologies for automated Signal Integrity analysis and pin assignments based upon SPICE modeling of PCB board and Chip I/O characteristics.
