- Acquired 3 seperate companies engaged in custom mapping projects, map publishing, retail & wholesale distribution. - Successfully transitioned Barclay from photographic based technologies (film) into automated digital mapping and Geographic Information Systems (GIS ) technology within first year. - Collaborated with the County Executive of Santa Clara County to frame a "game changer" business model for building expensive and complex spatial data.
