Director Of Digital Services
Current· Responsible for expanding and managing our Digital Services division including web dev, on & off page SEO, local SEO, social media content creation, posting & ads, polygonal targeting attribution, search engine marketing and display advertising.· Facilitate quarterly client check-ins, as well as yearly Brand Marketing Planning meetings to review previous years' efforts, gain feedback and realign/revise strategy and direction, as needed.· Manage large scale projects from cradle to grave, including full rebranding initiatives, multi-faceted marketing campaigns, market/business development strategies, and internal re-alignment by analyzing business and marketing data and generating comprehensive marketing and business solution plans. Clients range from regional lumberyards to multiple Fortune 1,000 companies.· Responsible for internal division hiring, budgeting and allocation.· Doubled (or more) multiple clients’ ROI with digital advertising with an overall average 5.3x ROI on ad spend.· Grew web traffic for clients with SEO optimizations by a minimum of 1.6x to a maximum of 508x· Experience in many CRMs including Salesforce, Trello, HubSpot, HeyOrca, HootSuite, Sprout Social, Monday, etc.
