David provides sophisticated and effective advice to clients involved in a wide variety of commercial disputes ranging from shareholder disputes to defamation litigation (for plaintiffs and defendants) and product recall cases. He has particular expertise in: fraud and asset recovery; disputes relating to procurement and public insfrastructure projects, intellectual property and technology disputes; the defence of Class Proceedings; and securities-related litigation.David is a member of the Davis LLP's Partnership Admission and Risk Management committees. He is also the former Chair of the Student Recruitment and Development Committee in Davis’ Toronto office.
