With 6 direct reports throughout California, Neveda, Arizona, Washington and Hawaii we grew market share and built successful local programs to win in the last 3 feet. Strategic planning, holistic management of execution programs and new business development were at the core of my responsibilities. I successfully led all commercial and activation calendars and spearheaded new business initiatives by creating custom programs using consumer data that resulted in revenue gains and increase market share YoY. My approach was to gain alignment with all stakeholders using data coupled with national strategies to make impactful gains and drive profit with custom marketing programs. My goal was to equip the commercial teams with unique targeted programs and tool using local data and market trends to drive decisions. I continually collaborated cross-functionally, streamline processes and orchestrated internal campaigns that align with national strategies to resonate through all channels of the business to find wins. I have a proven record of accomplishments and success on a national and regional level. I am hardworking, curious, always learning, relentless in my approach with a genuine ability to make lasting connections with others.
