Currently part of the global quoting team, supporting CSC's Cybersecurity division.

• Working on aligning 7 Security Operations Centers located globally (2x US, 2x UK, India, AUS, & Malaysia) , with a staff that totals approximately 550 personnel.• Developing global cost models, documentation, and technology architectures, that are being implemented to align the SOCs to uniform processes and skill sets. • Working to establish a global group for process evolution, technical subject matter experts, finance tracking, and external auditing.• Participating in the global deployment of Arcsight, as part of the global alignment project, while balancing customer expectations of impact to expectations.• Lead for external SOC Tiger Team, for resolution of technical and service delivery issues• Developed the global budget• Championing the business justification of capital investment for the global SIEM unification

I was responsible for producing and support quotes for managed services delivered by North American Security Services. I worked closely with network engineers, network architects and bid teams, to properly scope and price security environments for new and existing customers.

I interned at CSC as a Network Security Analyst for 4 months. In that time, I expanded my knowledge of proprietary IDS/IPS systems, as well as dealt with large network vulnerability outbreaks, including Zobot.
