I am the SPOC for this business segment wherein i have the experience of reviewing the key financial parameters with the directors / senior leadership of the company.Providing revenue projections / best estimates of the manufacturing segment for each quarter which will in turn aid the senior leadership of the company to provide the guidance numbers to the outside world. Tracking the Best estimate on weekly basis to identify the potential upside /Risk in the current estimate numbers and thus revising the revenue guidance. Responsible for preparing the 3 yearly Business plan for the unit in coordination with the business team and unit head, reviewing the same based on the changes in Business Environment and revisiting the same on a Yearly basis.Responsible for preparing the quarterly budgets of the unit. Updating the senior management on the significant variation between budget & actual for each quarter.Preparing ad hoc reports as requested by the senior management
