Led multiple large scale projects designed to move a business from a commercial vendor that sells into the defense market to a certified defense contractor. Projects include NIST certifications as well as changing out ERP systems for Manufacturing (MES), Timekeeping for labor tracking and implementing new modules in SAP for Project Systems and Production Planning. Objective is to comply with DCAA audits and DFARS regulatory requirements.
