The President/CEO plays a pivotal role similar to that of a CEO in a large organization. Their primary responsibility is to define the company's vision and develop a comprehensive execution plan. The President will closely collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure the company's objectives are met, but their core duty is to maintain a high-level perspective, akin to a 35,000-foot view. This means the President will not be directly involved in day-to-day operations but will focus on charting the course and direction of the company.Given this strategic focus, the President will rely on feedback and reports from their team while also staying closely connected with external factors affecting the business. These external factors encompass maintaining relationships with vendors, industry and international business leaders, and external support services. By staying informed about both internal and external influences, the President can develop a forward-looking vision for the company's future.

STEM education serves as a means for preparing students in four domains: science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. I will be taking these domains and linking them together with potential career choices through hands-on learning experiences.

In coordination with Indiana University East, I am applying methods from my coursework to my experience in the classroom at Richmond High School. Throughout the 2013-14 school year I will slowly transition to the full experience of teaching.

I packaged medication for nursing homes and facilities throughout Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
