I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Ralph Brennan and in one of the most beautiful settings in the New Orleans culinary scene at Ralph's on the Park. Here, I led one of the finest teams I have had the pleasure of working with in my career, producing not just great food but amazing memories for both locals and visitors to this great city.

Oversaw banquet operations for the 225,000 sq. ft. of private dining space of this beautiful hotel with two grand ballrooms, 50K sq. ft. exhibit hall and several dozen meeting rooms.

Whether it is hosting a dinner for 3,000 lawyers and judges or hosting The President of the United States the Waldorf=Astoria Banquet Department is always an exciting place to be. I had a tremendous amount of fun helping to run this $60M+ department in quite possibly the worlds most famous hotel.

I began my career with Tavern on the Green as a restaurant manager in 2004 and have since then managed departments throughout the restaurant. Promoted to Director of Operations in September of 2006 I enjoyed being involved in every facet of running this incredibly fast paced, high volume iconic restaurant.

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a busy 24hr Chelsea restaurant with $6m+/yr revenue. My first job in NYC! I was responsible for running this cafe and bar on the upper west side of Manhattan. From hiring and training to P&L management to ordering and inventory, all aspects of running this business were my responsibility.
