Over 23 years of experience in Australia and the UK conducting financial due diligence with a focus on private equity transactions.My experience is advising private equity funds and corporate buyers on buy- and sell-side and IPO transactions. I have worked across a range of sectors including consumer and retail, healthcare, financial services, childcare, software, industrials and hospitality and leisure.Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, I was a partner at KPMG for 16 years specialising in Transaction Services and was the National Head of Private Equity for KPMG for over 10 years. I also led KPMG’s Capital Markets practice and was the Investigating Accountant on the IPO of FINEOS, Wistech Global, IVE Group, oOh!media, Eclipx Group, SG Fleet, Pacific Smiles, Veda and Touch Ventures.
