Software QA: Perform all UI and API integration and acceptance testing for Learning Management System (LMS) enterprise application, Develop and maintain regression test suites using Selenium and Postman, Create and maintain technical documentation for development and product support teams. Content QA: Provide technical solutions for course interactivity and completion functionality using Articulate Storyline; Insure instructional, functional, and digital media quality by directing or performing methodical review of all aspects of all content created by GLS; Create and maintain documentation for course development standards and processes.

Provide Tier 3 product support and customized solutions for clients, Establish and improve customer fulfillment process and documentation to streamline operations, Develop customer-facing product support documentation to assist customer administrators, Author internal product support documentation for in-house team, Maintain a multi-language content library, Implement in-house and 3rd-party training content.
