Occupying an entire city block at the very core of the city, the development celebrates the vital role of performance events while maintaining the continuity of commercial life along one avenue and providing a much-needed public space, in the form of a terraced garden, along another. Managed the Facilities Services department, including a Facilities Services Coordinator, Facilities Services Engineer and Property Manager. Department serviced 10 clinic locations (Northgate (2), Lynnwood, Totem Lake, Renton, Federal Way, Madison (2), Beacon Hill, and a Sleep Center (located in a downtown hotel).Service providers managed included: Security, Janitorial, Furniture (purchase and relocation), HVAC. Programs included: CTR program, Safety, Ergonomics and PM for buildings on the historic register.Construction management program - Constructed 3 new clinics: Federal Way (3,000 sq. ft) primary care clinic, Diagnostic and Wellness Center for Women (7,000 sq. ft), Neuromuscloskeletal Clinic (10,000 sq. ft) in addition to multiple smaller projects.

Manager of Facilities Services for the maker of the Sonicare toothbrush (a Philips Electronics company) - Managing a staff of 10 staff employees and 20 other contracted employees.Responsibilities included: Creation of annual operating plan (budget of 3M+), space planning, security & access control, tenant improvement projects, furniture standards, employee review & development, management of contracted services (full service café, landscaping, security, janitorial) negotiation of vendor volume pricing, create/process & approve all Facilities related invoices and purchase orders.Management of our corporate headquarters, production center and distribution center facilities totaling over 300,000 sq ft, located over 30 miles apart.Selected as Environmental Health & Safety Site Manager. Guided the project team to the creation of a 5-year road map and established processes and procedures for all environmental activities of a large manufacturing facility (40,000 sq. ft.).

As the Regional Property/Maintenance Supervisor for Washington, I managed multiple apartment to condominium conversions, managed the day to day maintenance operations and capital repairs on over 2,000 apartment units, fill in as Onsite Property Manager, and acquired my Washington real estate sales person license, so I could represent the company as a sales agent on listed condominium properties.
