Headed the OFA communications team for a major accounting standards implementation project, establishing strategy and overseeing the implementation of tactics. Managed the design, creation, and maintenance of tools and materials, arranging for translations of all deliverables. Also provided editorial, stylistic, and presentation guidance, and collaborated in the development of training. A vital function involved communicating with UNDP’s extended staff, executive board, donors, and programme governments. Additional assignments included style consulting and editing of policy documents, and development and disaster planning reports for the Maldives and Swaziland. (Contract project.)
