CurrentAs Head of Value and Risk Advisory in Canada, Dave leads JLL’s growing group of valuation professionals, and is focused on the goals, results, and strategy surrounding the sector-led, best-in-class platform. He sits on JLL Value and Risk Advisory's Americas Executive Committee, and is involved in various global initiatives within its global platform – a team of some 2,500 sector experts who appraise more than $3 trillion annually across all major asset classes. For over fifteen years, Dave has specialized in the valuation of complex real estate assets from coast-to-coast, and is one of the country’s leading enclosed shopping centre and downtown office tower valuation experts. Working primarily with Canada’s largest Pension Funds, REITs, and local/international clients, Dave and his partners (Gordon, Warren and Jared Coffell) have valued or advised on over 80 percent of the country’s regional shopping centres, as well as worked on some of the highest value office complexes in Canada.
