My focus has always been to deliver sustainable growth grounded in innovative thinking.I understand and I can manage success and failure. I set up and led 8020; Ireland’s leading digital agency before selling it. I tried and failed with Ripple Platform - an EI HPSU company - to establish an innovative tech start up.I sit on the Members Board of Chartered Accountants Ireland and I am a Non Executive Director of Plan International Ireland. I have advised UN FAO on a proposed ePhytosanitary Certification system. I have consulted with a Middle East Government since 2017 to assist them to build government innovation management capabilities. I assisted the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland to implement new Online Behavioural Advertising standards as a representative of IAPI; Ireland’s advertising industry representative body. I was Chairperson of APMC and an active board member for more than 3 years.When I am not competing in the business arena, I run with the Masters group in my athletic club - racing regularly on the road and cross-country.I am active in my local GAA club where I led a strategy to engage volunteers & grow our club. Prior to that I coached and managed our Senior Camogie team winning 2 Dublin Championships and securing League promotion on 3 occasions over 4 years. I have an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, UCD and I have completed the Chartered Director programme with the Institute of Directors.
