The International Society of Digital Medicine (ISDM) was officially launched in Nanjing at the 1st International Conference of ISDM. As President of the soon to be officially launched European Chapter of ISDM, I am mandated to help establish Digital Medicine as a discrete new multidisplinary activity defined as "The science, practice and study of :-1. the use of digital technologies for the diagnosis, treatment and/or prevention of medical conditions2.the use of digital technologies in the science and practice of medicine3. the impact of digital technologies on the science, practice and study of medicineThe European Chapter will be set up and administered by a proposed UK Digital Medicine International Research Centre (UKDMRC) planed to be based in the East Midlands with a target operational date of January 1st 2017This new Chapter of ISDM will seek to be a professional accreditation membership body with a mission to promote the beneficial use of digital technologies for improving global health and wellbeing.UKDMRC will primarily focus on acting as a catalyst for innovation in digital medicine and as a forecasting agent for shaping the future of digital technologies in medicine, health and wellbeing.

I managed the Games Alliance Middle England Project, strengthened bonds between De Montfort University and the Games Industry and organised and managed the university's first international games festival.

I built links between De Montfort University and the Creative Industries and established a hub for the Esat Midlands. I ran a number of physical and virtual seminars on creative technologies and serious games

I established Mass Mitec as a UK leader in Business Presentation Technologies, became the UK's first Microsoft Powerpoint Centre of Excellence and created the UKs National Presentation Network.I also established Mass Mitec's social enterprise activities and secured substantial funding for the local community through the ComKnet project and Harborough Community Learning Network

Marketing Executive at the General Systems Division office in Nottingham. Responsible for specialist sales of mid range computers such as the System 38 (AS/400) to corporate accounts such as Courtaulds. I won a national sales compettion for a demonstration of the IBM System 38.
