Fit and weld complex parts to customer drawing and specifications. Use rolls and hydraulic press to pre form components. Weld on various materials such as carbon and stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and bronze.

- Assist supervisor with day to day tasks such as: assigning work load, identifying priorities, trouble shooting problems, working with customers, training new employees.- Filling in during supervisor's absence: run Huddle Board meetings, attend project meetings, update daily schedules.

- Proficient at TIG, GMAW, and FCAW- Certifications include: 6G open root TIG unlimited thickness, 6G FCAW with TIG root, 1F 2F 3F & 4F short circuit, and 2G open root spray.- Extensive knowledge reading fabrication and assembly blueprints- Experience fitting tight tolerances and working with standard and metric measurements- Frequently use various measurement devices (pi tapes, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.) - Experience running seamers, cutting torches, plasma cutters, and arc gougers.- Project experience includes specialty and commercial fabrication (airport gateways, amusement rides, and nuclear waste)- Identifying possibilities for improving productivity- Designing and building specialty tooling
