Welcome to my profile, I’m David Wright-Huynh. I launched my career more than 15 years ago when I accepted my first job with Stryker Instruments. From there, I moved to Duncan Aviation where I worked as an Interior Design Engineer. Later, having gained the necessary experience, I was recruited for my first supervisory role at Gulfstream Aerospace, and then promoted again when I was recruited for a position with General Atomics. I now have more than seven years of leadership experience.I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in multiple industries including Healthcare, Aerospace, and Defense. I am best known for my ability to take a project from pencil to production. I am able to offer technical guidance throughout the entire production process. However, if I do not have an answer, I know where to go. I understand the importance of hiring and retaining the right people and am unafraid of delegation. I believe in putting people in the right roles and then giving them the tools, they need to grow in their positions.Additionally, my strengths include highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and create trust among those with diverse personal, or cultural lifestyles.What do I do?I build engaged teams by recruiting top talent, coaching, and instilling influence in my engineers.
