Consultant to the WHO on health systems improvement in Iran, and also the European Commission as an independent evaluator of major healthcare projects across the EU. Supported the Economic Development Board of Bahrain on their 2030 Vision for the Kingdom as Director of Health Reform and the Ministry of Health.
