Store Manager of a multi million dollar big box retail store with approximately 120 associates, 3 salaried managers, and 15 department supervisors. Responsible for complete day-to-day operations including maximizing store sales and while leveraging operational processes to optimum efficiency in order to maximize profitability. Develop and implement merchandising and sales strategies to meet and exceed challenging YOY sales plans and increase market share. Oversee all staffing, training, succession planning, career development, and turnover for location employee’s, evaluate and resolve personnel and human resource issues within the store as well as ensuring a diverse workforce which mirrors the demographics of the local community.
