Hired as a full-time systems administrator. Worked with my client Tenncare to provide desktop and server support for over 500 users and 2 servers respectively. Provided support on many custom applications used by the Bureau of Tenncare. Provided Windows/Linux administration, LAN/WAN administration, VMWare administration, AD, DNS, Remote Desktop Services, and created custom group policies for the client for pushing software installs as opposed to the manual installation method they were previously using.
