Led Sill Construction team by overseeing and managing all phases of a $134M development portfolio including site development, vertical and ancillary facilities - pre-construction, construction, and close-out operations. Drove success of the construction budgeting process, coordinating and collaborating with Property Management, Finance, Project Controls, and Construction Services. Established annual delivery projections that align with goals and managed the successful delivery of projected homes and home sites.

Managed all day-to-day field operations required to meet deliverables of over 300 new homes and 400 renovations annually. Led field superintendents with up to date plans, specifications, selections, and standards. Provided feedback and information to Director of Construction, Pre-Construction team and Property Management.
