I'm a psychologist, technologist, sociologist and regenerative systems thinker. I'm curious about personal development, exponential technologies, systems thinking, human complexity, organizational design, trauma healing, alternative financing mechanisms, and legal & incorporation structure design. I am passionate about creating conditions for regenerative systems that foster a more equitable, just, and sustainable society where all life can thrive, not just humans.At Supernature Labs we are building regenerative cities using a new multidisciplinary approach towards urban planning called Bioplanning. It combines urbanism with life-centered design, ecological practices, behavioral psychology, anthropology, material sciences and agro-ecology.At ReLab I work with entrepreneurs, investors, and community organizers supporting them in the design and day-to-day operations of organizations that aim to be regenerative at a personal level for all its stakeholders, at a narratives and symbols level for society at large, and at a material level for the entire biosphere.Additionally, I also work as a freelance consultant, helping clients with HR innovation and optimization, strategic positioning and planning, culture transformation, impact pivoting, and executive coaching.I live in Preá, Ceará, Brazil with my wife and our three dogs and I'm constantly looking for opportunities to support the development of our bioregion.
