- Worked closely with strategic transformation vice president, fixed income research vice president, global market strategy vice president, project managers, technical leads, and developers to enhance and align asset classification in tools / reports (statements, performance measuring tool, client site, Naviplan, and proposal generator) to attract and retain the target $500k to $5 million clients - Authored business requirements document with project teams for the utility, front end user interface, tools, and reports. Extracted, discussed, and refined business requirements with SME’s- Performed extensive data analysis on asset allocation from Morningstar for all held securities - Prepared use cases, activity flow diagrams, and work flow diagrams - Participated in weekly sessions with the senior relationship manager for Morningstar to clarify any concerns IT had - Conducted status report meetings with business and IT teams on a weekly basis, as the most important aspect of the project was data mapping - Involved in every aspect of the testing phase, developing test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and test setups- Completed UAT testing and any remaining issues were either solved or deferred to the next build in production
