Work included ad hoc studies, an on-going customer satisfaction tracker study and a continuous '50plusview' Panel study, with clients ranging from Tesco, to Cancer Research UK, to RNIB and the Anchor Trust.Key achievements:- Contributing to the development of the agency, including client acquisition and account management- Building, managing and delivering a continuous '50plusview' Panel study of 10,000 older people used by internal and external clients for product development and public relations purposes- Project managing a demanding, in-home trial of a new computer system for a commercial client, involving mixed qual/quant methodology and a very challenging schedule to meet the product launch date- Designing, managing and presenting a detailed qualitative study for Tesco on older people and healthy eating and the understanding of information on food packaging- Commissioning, writing and editing chapters for two major published reports based on large-scale quantitative studies amongst the older population on a broad range of social, economic and political issues Show less
