• As Vice President of User Experience, responsibilities covered the design and usability of our core offerings, our sign up process (point-of-sale), web-based account management, and other channels, like our phone menu.
• Created a User Experience department that delivers design, research, and business analytics services to other units, like engineering and marketing, within the company.
• Led and facilitated corporate strategy for the executive team multiple years in a row, which led to reorganized corporate structure, strategically focused initiatives, and unprecedented growth in customers and revenue.
