I conducted the design of security projects for corporate networks, collaborating closely with our clients' IT teams and executive leaders. In this role, I developed customized solutions to address the specific cybersecurity needs of businesses. Through a consultative approach, I identified requirements and areas for improvement, ensuring a robust and resilient security posture for our clients. Additionally, I played an integral role in building data security projects, end-user security awareness and endpoint protection using EDR and XDR technologies, utilizing solutions from Fortinet, Cisco, Crowdstrike, Darktrace, among others.

Identify and match security and network technologies with the customer’s business issues and objectives, as well as sales team training and enablement. Design, planning and conducting information security projects using leading technology manufacturers such as Fortinet, Kaspersky, IBM Security, Checkpoint, Aruba Networks and others.

Project design of IT security solutions using technologies such as Next Generation Firewalls, UTM Firewalls (Unified Threat Manegement), WEB acceleration, proxy solutions, endpoint security and mobile devices, etc. Infrastructure analysis to survey requirements aiming the best solution.

Maintain the availability, integrity and reliability of the VoIP service using the Asterisk platform.Perform troubleshooting and monitoring servers and services such as Apache, PostgreSQL, Iptables, QoS, NAT, Routers, etc.Installation, maintenance and configuration of Linux servers.

Elaboration of software documentation, use cases, reverse engineering and SQL Server queries. Check service level agreement of IT companies providing data link, VoIP and technical support services.
