Promoted from sales and support specialist. Position focuses on supervision and management of sales and support specialists during hours of operation. I provide exemplary customer service to all guests of Chautauqua Institution, as well as meet any and all ticketing needs of said guests. I am a key holder to the office and provide accurate vault management. I perform cash outs at the end of each employee's shift as well as cultivate a welcoming atmosphere to both guests and employees. Position provides experience in employee management, customer service, and vault management. Responsibilities are as follows:-Manage Sales and Support Specialists.-Opening and closing the office at the beginning and end of the day.-Count and audit the vault.-Perform register cash outs at the end of each shift. -Handle any all complications that may arise during shift hours.-Create break schedule for each shift.-Work with guests and employees to create a welcoming environment-Sell tickets to popular entertainment as well as create gate passes for guests.-Cultivate a positive atmosphere within the workplace to stimulate cooperation and greater performance among employees.-Train new incoming employees.

I provide helpful customer service to guests and work to cultivate the best experience possible for the incoming guests. I sell gate passes, event tickets, fitness memberships, and golf passes to visitors of Chautauqua Institution.
