For the past 10 years he has paved a career in sales and management with different Fortune 500 companies. From an early age he was exposed to an entrepreneurial mindset with his family owning and operating multiple successful start-up companies and franchises. This left an impression as he began as an independent salesman while still in high school, quickly becoming a top salesman in the district. The drive did not stop there while operating independently he learned the food service industry and worked with several fast paced teams. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree from Averett University, Davis spent a few years with the Target Corporation learning retail and supply chain logistics. During his tenure with the company he took time off to serve in the US Navy as a Gunner’s Mate. After returning to Target during the pandemic he helped lead and train retail teams to fulfill the large influx of online commerce. Post Target Davis joined Dollar General as a general warehouse supervisor, managing large departments across all shifts. This drive for success and building great culture has become his life’s mission.
