• Managed a team of 60+ to provide guest service & safety, including hiring& selection, onboarding• Responsible for maintaining weekly staffing levels according to business needs and historical trends• Planned, communicated, and executed goals that impacted overall business and development such as getting and maintaining a 2-minute drive up time
