My possition as a Realtor is to help people make good decissions. The choices they make concerning the sale or purchase of a home need to be based upon up-to-date information, skilled analysis and sound real estate advise. The clients best intrests and concerns are always my top priority. My goal is to make the buying and selling of real estate as cost effective as possible while providing the highest level of service explaing each step along the way. My specialty is a combination of effort know-how and persistence that lead to a happy home sale for both buyers and sellers.

I worked in the commercial design field for sixteen years total during that time my job consisted of space planning, meeting budget requirements, injury minimization, and managing order delivery and installation.
