After working several years within this industry I grew tired of the mistreatment of employees & customers, and quickly realized that there was not a business in the area who offered these services. I designed my business to cater to customer's and employees alike: when employees are treated with respect & appreciation, they go above and beyond for customer's! I carefully select qualified & professional individuals, and properly train them to become DCS Cleaning Technician's, vs the "sink or swim" method that most cleaning services operate with. I also compensate individuals to undergo a 2-week cleaning course, as well as local & national background checks and drug screening to ensure that technicians are truly hardworking, dedicated and professional. I strive to provide customer's exactly what I promise to, and exactly what they request! I can say, without a doubt, there is no other Cleaning Service that operates, or offers the quality cleaning that Davis Cleaning Services does! This is not just a job to me, this is not just about the money, it is not about a quick fix to substitute existing inconsistencies within this industry: this is my dream, my mission, my heart & soul (aside from my children) and I am proud to say I am the owner of Davis Cleaning Services.
