- Created a music test survey for emerging artists and distributed it amongst secondary radio stations throughout the US. Interpreted survey data into easy to understand reports for the tested artists.- Maintained files and contracts using structured asset management.- Tracked and reported Billboard, Music Row, and BDS country charts week by week.- Created and visualized web dashboards using Adobe Creative Cloud.

I was a member of the Digital Media Research and Development Lab at Texas A&M University. My primary role as a researcher included working with our industry partners to design, implement, and analyze communications, marketing and audience research projects. Also, I specialized in data visualization, report writing/editing, graphic design, and digital media strategy. My teaching role included developing communications curriculum, presentations and applied projects for students enrolled in broadcast media and audience research courses. Additionally, I provided students with guidance and in-depth feedback on assignments.- Assisted Graduate professors with administrative tasks including: o Booking travel for both professors and students. o Record keeping of classroom progress and activities. o Providing notes from lectures and labs.- Maintained and oversaw calendar events for advising professor.- Created instructions from start to end to familiarize students with new platforms.- Gave descriptive and quick feedback for finished products, while also keeping up to date on progress with each product.- Developed criteria for each product, and guided teams through already created content.- Intermediary between professor and students.- Familiar with working with major market radio stations to deliver broadcast quality products o Meticulous record keeping and workflow that were accurate to use in an audit. o Familiar with leading teams. o In charge of scheduling for content deadlines for both written and audio products.- Used Qualtrics to create surveys and collect user data. o Data collected were used to determine need and service interest. o Responsible for generating and automating reports o Used both tabular data and graphic data.- Refined skills in SPSS, Excel, R Statistical Computing, and Tableau.

- Liaison between client and publisher- Worked one-on-one with clients to produce the best possible product from start to end. o Started the process of the client’s manuscript with editing, proofing and formatting. Produced design elements within the manuscript and created the book cover from scratch.- Kept records of all conversation with the client, versions of the manuscript and cover, and tasks completed for each manuscript.
