I am a biomedical engineering graduate looking to break into the field of environmental engineering at a company looking to make a positive impact on the world and environment. I am passionate about working towards sustainable solutions to current climate change and waste problem. I enjoy working in a slightly unpredictable environment where creativity, problem solving, and safety are key factors in success. My experience as an Intern with Urban Harvest allowed to see the importance of caring for our environment and making positive change for future generations. Biomedical Engineering is an ABET accredited program in the College of Engineering where teamwork and leadership a main focus of the program. It is a program that covers a broad number of engineering subjects where I was exposed to many different fields of study such as chemical, electrical, mechanical, and computer engineering curriculum. My background in horticulture has given me a window into the world of agriculture, food production, and water management studies.
