Tauranga City Council (TCC) have recently undergone a business transformation of their Finance Department, moving away from an of legacy Finance system (Ozone) to an SAP S/4HANA solution. This is a green fields implementation and was based on Auckland Councils SAP S/4HANA version including Project Systems, Sourcing & Procurement. Part of my role was to build a comprehensive deployment and cut over strategy to ensure a great user experience for TCC and successful transition to the new solution. Developed a number of working solutions around Change, Blackout periods, Rollbacks (BCP), Dress Rehearsals, Production Verification Testing & Hyper Care Period. The project was out scoured to SAP NZ and required a high level of management, planning and oversite to ensure the different phases were delivered within budget and on time. The project faced a number of challenges throughout Covid-19, we had to rapidly change the construct on how the programme was running. Some valuable lessons were gained, by moving to a distributed model and placing the programme of hold, during the lock down period. We worked with the TCC Covid-19 emergency group to build processes to keep the well being of the team safe. The overall programme had to be redeveloped and a number of cost saving initiatives were defined to help reduce the overall project costs.

System code reviews to remove any specific Oracle functions and optimize flexible quires and manage the CD Teams for deployments.Take ownership and drive proactively any activities resulting from those migration projects. Produce and consolidate project status reports for executive / senior management.

Managed a highly motivated team spread across NZ and India with a strong business focus.SAP HybrisOnline digital, EziBuy ecommerce website is one of highest apparel transactional sales channels in NZ & Australia and was a major focus for the ecommerce team.Hybris was integrated into Baynote (search recommendation), SAP & MuleSoft/Cloudhub and the Dev Ops capability was utilizing the Atlassian stack,The team also built all infrastructure in the cloud, moving testing environments and legacy systems.Contact Centre, SAP Hybris (CSC) customer service module was chosen for the contact centre and was customization to meet the work flow requirements of EziBuy contact centre and was integrated in the Genesys Interaction Workspace & secure payments gateway.GenesysManaged the RFP, design, build & deployment of a new cloud based contact centre solution across all channels voice, email, online chat & web call backs to replace the old unsupported legacy systems. The Genesys instance was cloud hosted and integrated into the new SAP Hybris ecommerce website. The new integrated work space desktop edition, work force management (WFM), Verint call recording and ccPulse by Genesys was critical to the success of the contact centre.This technology has allowed EziBuy to adapt much quicker to new and emerging trends, engaging customers in new ways and increase revenue by presenting a more optimised customer experience.
