Expanded Programme of Immunization: Coordinated the 2013 PNG National EPI Review in collaboration with the National Department of Health (NDoH), WHO and a panel of international experts. Successfully completed global training for consultants on the introduction of the Inactivated Polio Vaccine (IPV), led by the Global Polio Eradication Initiative and developed the Polio Endgame Strategic Plan for PNG in consultation with the NDoH and WHO PNG. Developed PNG’s application for GAVI assistance with the introduction of IPV.NCDs: Led the development and finalisation of the PNG National Cancer Control Policy in collaboration with key stakeholders and developed the first draft of the PNG National Multisectoral Action Plan for NCDs. Coordinated the re-establishment of the PNG hospital-based Cancer Registry. Provided support to NDoH on tobacco control, updating the Tobacco Control Policy and amending Tobacco Control legislation. Coordinated World No Tobacco Day 2014.

Conducted a review of case studies of maternal deaths for the PNG Maternal Mortality Review Report in order to assess underlying causes, utilising the Three Phases of Delay model. Worked to build capacity of NDoH in record keeping capacity and helped to establish provincial maternal death audit programs. Cooperated on health needs assessments of Iowara Refugee settlements in collaboration with UNHCR.

Managed PNG's major cancer body, working with the National Department of Health to create programs to address cancer care and control aims nationwide, advocating on behalf of patients and healthcare workers. Led donor relations and operations and supervised a team of 3 staff and numerous volunteers.

Managed the largest fundraising program of Australia’s leading environmental organization, by coordinating retention, engagement and activation of over 45,000 individual members. Delivered $10.2 million annual revenue. Developed large-scale communication campaigns (direct mail, newspaper and social media) leading to a 10% increase in retention of new members.
