• Manage the LSU Academic Intervention Team to support staff referrals of student academic performance• Perform data analysis by gleaning meaningful insights from raw data focusing on trends of student usage of CAS services• Initiate the interpretation of data findings and how the data can be used to inform decisions related to service operations

Center For Academic Success• Provide academic and learning support to students in one-on-one sessions that focus on learning strategies, time management, and motivation• Create content and resources, supported by research, to increase student learning• Design and implement interventions for historically difficult courses (math, biology, and chemistry)• Organize methods to collect, process and store data across multiple services within the CAS units

Center for Academic SuccessAcademic Coaching: Provide academic and learning support to students in the form of individualized learning strategy consultations; Create content, resources, and materials relevant to increasing student learning. Outreach, Presentations, & Programs: Conduct outreach and other activities to promote the Center and its programs and services; Assist in training student workers on learning strategies, presentations, and consultations; Support all ongoing retention services and programs and serve as lead on select programs or services as directed; Provide information and render academic assistance to faculty, staff, and the general public. Assist with the creation and implementation of programs to help increase student learning.Administration: Serve on relevant CAS and campus committees as appointed by the Executive Director; Facilitate assessment and evaluation for programs; Participate in strategic planning and reporting programs; Perform administrative duties for the Academic Engagement and Achievement unit.

• Hire, train, and supervise 11 Resident Assistants• Advise and support Hall Council and Residence Hall Association in community building efforts• Hire, train, and manage front desk and mail room operations for campus, including staffing 35 desk and mail room workers.• Manage the planning and implementation of the residential curriculum within the residence hall alongside the RA staff• Serve as the primary conduct administrator for the residence hall.• Coordinate the crisis response with outside agencies, such as University Police Department• Serve in the on-call rotation for the campus population of 7,000 students
