I am proud to say that although I started with little to no experience in the field, I quickly developed the skills and expertise to excel as a first-class technical writer. If required, I can also create the necessary technical illustrations myself. My meticulous nature and willingness to learn and take on new challenges have helped me greatly. The same applies to my role as an e-learning developer. When the opportunity arose to help create e-learning materials for the company, I jumped at the chance. To do this, I had to develop many other skills, such as script writing, storyboarding, video editing and animation. I'm always happy and eager to master whatever skills and tools I need to get the job done.
