Migration of the existing loan portfolio to the newly acquired system, Testing, Training etc.Allied Irish Bank - DublinProgram managed the Tandem / Base24 replacement project, outsourcing to a third party for all Base24 traffic through the Self Service devices with heavy involvement from the Card schemes. Project terminated by new senior management.Program managed the Self Service delivery incentive, which involved the design, development and rollout of multiple initiatives across the ATM, Direct Deposit (IDD) and Kiosk estates nationwide. Managed SEPA compliance enhancements on direct channels devices for Direct Debits (SDD) and branch teller systems for NSC and Account conversion to BIC and IBAN. Paysys International Ltd. based in Orlando Florida, previously known as CCSI, developed and sold the Cardpac and VisionPLUS product suites in the banking and retail marketplace for credit card processing. Paysys was subsequently sold to First Data in 2002.I managed a staff of 28 in Dublin and a large contractor resource pool of over 50 resources, both at client sites and offshore, for onsite implementations and custom development.
