As Business Development Manager, I’m responsible for all presales activities. Organizing and providing workshops on customer premises Identifying new opportunities in an early stage and guiding the customer on new architectural designs are part of my daily tasks. On a regularly basis I provide new product and feature demos to the customer. I evangelize our product line on congresses and roadshows by writing and presenting white papers and contributing to study committees. Furthermore, I am responsible for the definition of new roadmap items.

I am responsible for all Technical presales activities and customer satisfaction. Identifying new opportunities in an early stage, guiding the customer on new architectural designs and translating the customer’s requirements for our R&D team are part of my daily tasks. On a regularly basis I provide new product and features demoes to the customer. During the RFP process I manage the technical requirements and the preparation and delivery of tender samples. As endpoint of the delivery chain, I’m responsible of all customer requirements and expectations of the product this translates itself in a thorough follow-up of all Q&A and R&D teams and customer tickets.As first point of contact for the customer I’m responsible to investigate reported networking and software issues related to our products. I will provide workarounds, small software and config changes to facilitate the customer where a quick response is needed. As Customer Care Engineer I give technical support to the customers for their network integration of the Technicolor CPE. This includes as well Pre- as After-Sales activities. My area's of expertise are 3G/4G backup, TCP/IP - Triple Play scenario's, UPNPAV, IGD - TR-69/TR-98 and TR-64 LAN Management.
