I work in and excel in two fields: music and food & beverage management. I have been in food service management since 2016, and have been in general management since 2013.Presently, I am a server at Tom Douglas Restaurants' premiere wine café, Neb.Before joining the Tom Douglas team, I was the general manager for Chef Shota Nakajima at his 2 restaurant concepts on Seattle's Capitol Hill. Preceding that I was the restaurant manager for Dwn Undr in Bellevue, and before that I was Food & Beverage manager for Hilton Embassy Suites in Pioneer Square of Seattle, leading and reopening the restaurant and evening reception programs.Before COVID, I managed a bar within Ethan Stowell Restaurants where I managed both the in-house bartending, and offsite beverage catering teams.Additionally, I work as a freelance composer, arranger, and performer (voice, French horn). I have 23 years of performance experience in front of a variety of audiences with up to 3,000 viewers. I currently front for an event cover group named "The Nines" as a singer.In 2018, I aided Musical Theatre Director, Aaron Jodoin, in transcribing the entire Queensryche album "Operation Mindcrime" to perform it in a musical of the same title, while functioning as assistant music director and a member of the chorus/ensemble all within the span of 6 weeks for John Sutherland, executive producer of Side-Country Theatre. In September of 2018, we performed the first reading of the musical at the Paramount. The project is still underway with future developments to come.For the same production company, Side-Country Theatre, I have operated as a Stage Hand, and Live Audio Technician, for the West Coast premier of the popular Broadway Musical, "Murder Ballad."I have been a karaoke host since 2015, for Black Nail Productions, Seattle's longest running karaoke company, and the United States' longest running LGBT karaoke company.Thank you for reading!
